Built for the shops that build the kitchen.

Stone Takeoff exists because most countertop bids are still produced with a calculator, a pad of graph paper, and a Word doc — or some takeoff suite from 2009 that costs four grand a year, charges per seat, and ships a UI nobody on staff actually wants to open. The fabricator can do the math just fine, but losing half a day to formatting a quote before the customer even reads it is not a good trade.

We started with one shop. Took plans they were already bidding on, watched the workflow end-to-end, and cut anything that wasn't actually doing work. The product is opinionated on purpose. You move from PDF upload to a clean, branded PDF quote without leaving the browser, and without learning a CAD program to do it.

Stone Takeoff is small, deliberately. When you email us, a person who actually built the thing reads it.
